WBCHSE Scholarship 2013: West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) offers
scholarship to all those students who deserves for it and also eligible. But to
get the scholarship student have to fulfil certain requirements. Student will
have to show his/her performance in education field. If a student is poor yet
